Dashboard is a place where Administrator can find links for functionalities available in admin-area. This page is more of a guide where they can control the admin section.
Product Management
Administrator can manage and control products from this particular section. An administrator can add new products from this section; they can categorize them, post views, modify and edit sizes etc to a given product. Every action that they perform in this area has a bearing on the front end. These products are those which front-end user can select for designing. A product can be a T-shirt, mug, handkerchief, bad sheet etc. It depends mainly on the merchandize the firm is dealing in. Let us explain you in brief about each and every section in the Product Management.
Product Categories
Administrator can classify products into various categories according to their specifications. The can club products into categories such as Menswear, Kidswear women clothing etc. Administrator can edit or delete the existing categories and they can add new categories too for products from this section.
Product Views
From this section administrator can manage views for a given product. Administrator can provide different views to a product. He or she can look at the front view of the product, the back part, right arm, left arm, top hood etc to get a clear picture of how the product looks like. The can provide particular images with designing area and if the customer wishes to draw and carve something on that, they can select that image and draw on it. This particular feature enables users to get access various designing areas.
Product Sizes
Products are available in different various sizes. Administrator can add different sizes from this section, and can assign them to different products from "Assign Multiple Sizes" section
Products
This section has got various sub sections through which an administrator can add or edit a new or existing product and can categorize them and assign different sizes and designing areas.
Edit/delete products
Administrator can edit or delete existing products form here. In addition to that, they can view the details of a product.
Add New Product
Administrator can add new products from this section. For adding a new product, they have to provide necessary values in all the fields.
Assign Multiple Categories
Since a given product can be broadly put into various categories, this section allows the administrator to assign multiple categories to a product.
Assign Multiple Sizes
Like Multiple Categories can be assigned, multiple sizes can be assigned to a particular product through this section
Assign Designing Area
This particular section allows the administrator to assign designing area to a product. He or she can assign designing area for all the available views of a product.
Design Management
Designs are those images which can be used for by users for designing on their products. Administrator can manage those designs from this section. There are various sub-sections in this section which helps in managing designs
Design Categories
From this section administrator can assign designing area to a product and he or she can assign designing area for all the available views in a product.
Sub- categories
Administrator can also assign sub categories to available design categories for example design category “sports” can have sub-categories like badminton, basketball, cricket, football etc…
Manage Design
This section allows the administrator to manage i.e. edit, add, delete a new or existing category. The designs can be of two types i.e. colorable and scalable. User can change the color according to his or her requirement and can modify the size of design in the scalable feature
Assign categories and sub-categories
From this section, an administrator can assign multiple categories and sub-categories to a particular design. Thus a design can be broadly put into various categories and sub-categories.
Hot Designs
The designs that are widely and mostly used are bound to get higher ranks than the others and will be considered as “Hot Designs”. In this section administrator can assign or de-assign some products that have those designs on them. And Once the designs are assigned to a product, they will be visible on the actual product in the front-end.
Form Management
This section allows administrator to manage different form functionalities such as Country, Newsletter, Messages, configuration etc.
Country Manager
This section enables the administrator to manage the country. He or she can add, delete or modify countries in the section.
Messages
Administrator can choose the content for thanks message on various places in this site. For instance, in newsletter section, when someone subscribe a newsletter, they get a message and administrator can manage the contents of this message from this section.
Newsletter Manager
Subscribed / Unsubscribed Users
Administrator can choose and decide the content for the thanks message on various places in the site. For example, in newsletter section, when someone subscribes, the subscriber gets a thank message and administrator can manage the content of that message
Send newsletter
Administrator can send newsletter to subscribed users from this section.
Previously sent Newsletter
Administrator can keep a track of the previously sent newsletter and also re-send them to various other subscribed users by clicking on the send button.
Featured Products
When a particular user designs a product and adds it in his cart, the product goes into the “featured product” section. After the administrator approves it, it becomes visible in the “featured products” (in Front-end).
Configuration
Administrator uses this section for various settings of front-end as well as back-end. For instance, an administrator can decide the currency code for the entire site.
User Management
User’s account
This section enables the administrator to create new users for front-end as well as back-end. The prime administrator can create admin multilevel. Administrator in this section can also view the details of all the registered users. He or she can edit or delete their accounts from this particular section.
User’s Images
Administrator, in this section, can see all the uploaded images (from users’ side) from “customer photos” section. Administrator can find all the details of the user and can select them for some special prize or discount. He or she can delete any entry too from this section. Front-end users can see all active entries in “customer photos” section.
Discount Management
Discount coupon’s detail
Administrator can add, edit or delete new or existing coupons from this section. Through these coupons code, front-end users can get special discounts on purchases.
Discount detail
Administrator can view the list of all those users who availed discounts on their respective orders. This would help the administrator to keep a track on the discount offers.
Page Header Management
From this section administrator can manage Page Titles, Meta keywords, Meta description of front-end pages.
Font management
Font categories
Administrator can take care of the text font in this section. He or she can add, edit or delete categories from this section.
Font management
This section enables the administrator to add new fonts. The fonts are shown in the designer tool (in front-end) and the users can use them in their designs. Fonts can be in .swf format.
Color Management
Users can change the colors of various designs in the designer tool (in front-end). Administrator can manage these colors from admin area. Administrator can add, edit or delete various myriad colors from this section.
Order Status Manager
Admin use this section for managing Status of various orders such pending, completed. Administrator can add, edit or delete statuses of various orders from admin area in this particular section.
Order Manager
View complete order list
As the title right suggests, this section enables the administrator to check the complete list of placed orders. Admin can change their status accordingly. This proves to very helpful in managing orders. Admin can also generate PDF format of already used designs in order and can also use them in printing process.
Customer wise Orders
In this section, the administrator can view the list of all the paid and completed orders.
Bulk Order Manager
Administrator can view all the bulk orders in this section and can see the details of the customers. And through those details, he or she can get in touch with the customers directly about the order. Administrator can also download the details of the order for further processing and references.
Purchase Register Manager
View Product-wise Purchase Register
This section enables the administrator to view the details of the available and purchased stock or a given product
Contact Us
This section is where the administrator can have a look at the entries in the “contact us” from. Administrator can see all the details of the entries and posts in the contact us field and can also delete them.
